It’s about living for God and walking in calling

Because you’re fearfully and wonderfully made and that’s what’s up
When you’re hot like fire, praise is what you do
You wake up praising and go to bed that way too
When you’re hot like fire, it’s ok if it’s just you
You don’t need boyfriend or girlfriend, cuz Jesus is your Boo
When you’re hot like fire, God is your BFF
And the enemy, he goes, to da lef’, to da lef’
When you’re hot like fire, no one can take away your joy
Not a woman, not a man, not a girl, not a boy
You see, hot like fire is more than poppin’ lip gloss
It’s knowing JC, who saved you through the cross
Hot like fire is more than chains hangin’ low
It’s a light that shines so much that you glow
Hot like fire is more than downloads for your Ipod
It’s direct deposits to you from God
Hot like fire means your flame will never go out
And there’s no way you’ll let anybody take away your shout
Hot like fire means NOTHING separates you from the Savior
Cuz He saved you with His blood and blessed you with some favor
Hot like fire means you’ve pledged to serve Him always
And to give Him your very best, for the rest of your days

Cuz the reason why you’re hot is cuz God lives in you
