Greetings! It is with great pleasure that I announce our 2009 Travel Club trip to Greece and the Greek Isles on May 11-20, 2009. This trip will allow us to explore the ancient Biblical sites of Thessaloniki, Philippi, Athens, Ephesus, and Corinth where the Apostle Paul once ministered as well as visit Patmos where John wrote the book of Revelation. This spectacular trip also includes a four day/three night cruise. In addition, your tour price includes breakfast and dinner daily and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the cruise. The cost of the trip is $3499 per person, double occupancy (single supplement $550). For your perusal, I have enclosed a comprehensive brochure with all of the travel information. Please refer to it for all pertinent details and tour conditions.
In order to secure your space on this trip, you must do BOTH of the following by Monday, September 15, 2008:
· Complete the Acceptance of Invitation Form found in you brochure and mail it to Consolidated Tours Organization with your $300 deposit check AND
· Submit a copy of the Form and check to Rev. St. Clair for our records
Once you have reserved your space, you should submit all remaining payments to Rev. St. Clair (checks made out to: “St. James Travel Club”). Your trip must be paid in full by Monday, March 2, 2009.
