This unique conference is designed to speak to some of the fundamental questions and address issues for women and men who have been in the ministry fifteen years or less.
However, the conference is open to all persons who have been licensed to preach the word of God or who are preparing for ordination in a particular church as well as those who have already been ordained and have begun active ministry.
