The mission of the Dance Ministry is to help grow and strengthen the body of Christ and help our Pastor take our congregation to new levels of praise and worship. Our praise teams comprised of members from each division has continued to offer praise and worship every Sunday at every service. We minister for funerals, weddings, and community and church events.
 
St. James Dance Ministry is open to all members of St. James AME who are saved, love God, love to move, have a sense of rhythm and coordination, and most importantly, who feel they are called and committed to serving through dance. The Word commands us all to dance (Ps. 149:3, Ps. 150:4).
