
The Executive Minister superintends the Ministerial Staff, Seminary Interns, all Church Ministries and Organizations. She plans the quarterly Mass Baptism Service and insures ministerial coverage for weddings, funerals, and wakes. The Executive Minister is also the lead minister for Worship in the Oranges at South Orange Performing Arts Center. In this capacity, she participates in the preaching and worship leadership of the service and is responsible for the overall development of this location.

Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for achieving the church’s financial goals. The CFO is responsible for reporting accurate information about the church’s financial performance in a timely manner. The CFO must ensure that recordkeeping and financial reporting procedures are compliant with all regulations that apply to the church entity.

Administrative Staff
The Administrative Staff is responsible for managing the administrative and clerical operations of St. James in addition to handling the ever-changing needs of this thriving congregation as well. The Administrative Staff is also committed to supporting the vision and mission of the church by continually upgrading the level of service they provide to members, partners, friends, and visitors.

Facilities/Maintenance Operations
The Maintenance Staff, under the direction of our Church Administrator, repairs, maintains, cleans, and at times secures the church’s properties, which includes the Blake House, where St. James Social Services Corporation is housed and the Parsonage. The maintenance staff works diligently to support the ministries of the church by preparing the facilities for worship and ministry activities.
